Thanksgiving Treat Ideas For Kids

by Linette

Are you looking for some fun Thanksgiving treat ideas for kids to serve up after your Thanksgiving dinner this year? I remember way back when I was a kid at family gatherings. All of the kids had to sit at a separate table from the adults, the “kid’s table.” I remember I always wanted to sit at the adult’s table, because I thought there might be something special going on over there. Of course I was wrong. Now I know the kid’s Thanksgiving and holiday table is way more fun than any grown up table!

This Thanksgiving you can make sure the kids know they’re special, and let them know how fun the “kid’s table” is by serving up some extra special Thanksgiving treats for kids they’re sure to love! I’ve put together a collection of a few of my favorites from Foodie.com to share with you today! A few of the recipes are even from right here at Kid’s Fun Review, like the Pumpkin Poke Cupcakes pictured here.

I want to say a special thank you to Foodie.com for this sponsored opportunity to share some great Thanksgiving treat ideas for kids with Kid’s Fun readers. I hope you enjoy checking out the list as much as I enjoyed putting browsing through the Foodie.com website and it together. There are so many great recipes to choose from! I tried to include a variety of Thanksgiving treat ideas kids would love, from cupcakes to cookies and marshmallow treat turkeys (also from here at Kid’s Fun Review).

I also found some pumpkin whoopie pies and pumpkin cheesecake swirl brownies! Can you believe it? So fun and tasty!

Do you have the kids set at their own special table for Thanksgiving and other large family gatherings? If you do, how do you make it extra special for them?

Some adorable ideas! My whole family loves pumpkin desserts, and I know the kids would be really excited about some bite sized ones just for them.

So fun! My family always has a kids table – even though it’s now only the 20-year olds!
