Elf On The Shelf Goes To The Airport

I’ve been sharing our Elf on the Shelf vacation tales the last few days, but I forgot to tell you about our trip down to Cancun. Elf was super excited to go to the airport, and ride on the plane.

Elf On The Shelf hid out in my carry on until we got through all of the security checks. Then he got into a little mischief at the shoe shine chair. He hopped right up and wanted to have his shoes shined! Since his shoes are cloth we had to talk him out of that one!

While we were getting a few last minute drinks for our flight Elf did a little shopping too. He wanted to get one of those neck pillows you can use to sleep on the plane, but they just didn’t fit him well.

We finally made our way to the gate where we were supposed to board our plane, and Elf picked a seat.

The chairs by our gate started to fill up, and Elf got a little nervous someone might sit on him. He was also a little excited about the flight, so he decided to go sit by the window and watch for our plane.
