Polka dots make a really fun party theme, or you can use polka dots to brighten up any kids party theme. I thought I’d put together a list of my favorite polka dot party ideas and supplies.
A polka dot cake or cupcakes are super simple to make and a great addition to your other polka dot party ideas! Just bake a two layer cake and ice it with your favorite color of icing. To create the polka dots on the cake, use a round cake decorating tip to put dots on your cake.
Let the dots dry a little, then use wax paper flat over your fingers to carefully flatten them into polka dots on your cake or cupcakes.
