DISNEY JUNIOR – KaBoom! Playground Build – On June 28, 2012, Disney VoluntEARS helped to build a Disney Junior-inspired playground at Challenger’s Boys and Girls Club in Los Angeles, CA, alongside LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and KaBOOM! volunteers. The build – which will provide a new place to play for more than 2,800 local kids – is part of Disney Magic of Healthy Living, an initiative that inspires families to lead healthier lifestyles.
