Grilled Fajitas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of your favorite cut of beef cut into 1/2 wide strips
  • 1 – 8 ounce package mushrooms sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 small onion cut into strips or diced
  • no stick cooking spray
  • 1 package fajita wraps
  • Toppings:
  • shredded cheese
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • diced tomatoes
  • jalapenos

Method
 

  1. Spray the grill pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Preheat the grill pan on the grill over low to medium heat.
  3. Lay the fajita strips in a single layer across the pan.
  4. Let the strips cook for a couple minutes on each side, then cover them with the mushrooms, peppers and onions.
  5. Toss the veggies and the steak strips together and let them grill for a few minutes, then remove from the heat.
