When I shared the Holiday Celebrations 2012 eguide from Party Bluprints, Collective Bias and Getting Gorgeous a couple weeks ago I also shared how much I love planning for the holidays, and everything that comes with it.
I’ve been using the Holiday Celebrations E-Gift Guide #HolidayGuide to help me put a little polish into my holiday celebrations this year.
I was especially excited to try Tyson’s new Any’tizer’s Bruschetta. I’m familiar with Tyson’s Any’tizer products, I’ve tried several of them for entertaining over the last couple years.
We always have a New Years Eve celebration at my inlaws, with a whole table full of appetizers and finger foods. I think Any’tizer’s Bruschetta is going to make a great addition. I really wanted to give it a taste test before the big holiday party though, so we headed to Walmart to pick up some Bruschetta to try while we were out Christmas shopping the other day.
I looked in the freezer snack aisle where the other Any’tizers are at our Walmart, but I didn’t see the Bruschetta! I was just about to give up when I spotted it at the end of the aisle!
It looks like it’s really popular already! The store was completely out of one kind of Bruschetta, and only had about a half stocked shelf of the Chicken & Spinach Bruschetta.
I’m a spinach fan, so I grabbed some of the Chicken and Spinach to try. Later I popped it in the oven, so easy! I just had to heat it on a cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 400`F on a cookie sheet, then serve it up. While they were baking they smelled delicious! You could smell the spinach and cheese while it was baking! Yum!
My family all gave it thumbs up, so I think Any’tizer’s Bruschetta is going to be the appetizer we take with us on Christmas Eve! They’re super easy to make, they have a good flavor, and they’ll definitely look good on the platter with all of our other Christmas Eve munchies.
Maybe I’ll look for some of the other Tyson Any’tizer flavors. The Chicken and Bacon sounds delicious! I bet that would be a big hit with my bacon eating family.
I’m going to be checking out the Holiday Celebrations 2012 eguide for more holiday inspiration over the next couple weeks. I really want to make those Snickerdoodle cookies too!
Don’t they look delicious? Someone gave me a whole bag of Christmas sprinkles! I think they’d be perfect for these cookies! You can check out the whole gift guide for yourself here:
