Butterscotch Chips Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix, any brand
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ C. of vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ C. butterscotch chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the cake mix with the eggs and oil with a mixer until it forms a batter.
  3. With a spoon or spatula gently stir in the butterscotch chips.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes – cookies will turn golden brown. Do not over bake – These butterscotch cookies are best slightly chewy.
